Pros: Absolutely pathetic experience at Flute Boutique Hotel. I am currently staying here and the AC in my room is not working properly since check-in. I repeatedly called the reception and informed them multiple times about the issue, but nobody cared enough to solve it. First they acted like they would fix it, then completely stopped responding. They are not even picking up calls on their personal numbers or the landline anymore. After waiting for more than an hour, the same issue continued and nobody bothered to follow up.
