It was stinking and we requested for refund immediately because it was not decent and did not live up to expectations
It was stinking and we requested for refund immediately because it was not decent and did not live up to expectations. The receptionist posted on night of 9 Nov promised that refund would be processed soon but we have not seen any refund back

Travelocity should disassociate itself from this establishment. It was old, rundown, dirty, smelled of Marijuana in the halls. But the worst of it was the room condition and the bed. The walls were smeared with brown stuff. The mattress was covered in sheets but the box spring was visible from the entrance. It was covered with dark stains. No room here to fully describe the condition of the bathroom. One word - disgusting. We left immediately and went to another hotel. I didn't even have to ask for a refund. The clerk knew how horrible things were.

Not going to say too much. You are better off sleeping on the street than sleeping in any of the hotel’s filthy rooms: Insects, roaches, bedbugs, and crackheads all around the period. VERY UNSAFE!
