Brilliant
Pros: Everything Cons: Nothing was all good
Pros: Very nice breakfast
Pros: Very nice breakfast. Everything was fresh and plenty to choose from. Cons: Our coffee machine wasn’t working, but it was resolved very quickly, they gave us a new one machine and that worked perfectly.
Pros: Excellent service and large comfortable rooms. Cons: Nothing
Pros: Excellent service and large comfortable rooms. Cons: Nothing
Loved it except for the £100 that is still not released back to me 3 days and counting since I checked out.
Pros: Close proximity to everything including Nandos downstairs. The sauna and steam room was lovely. The pool is the best I’ve been in. Having a refrigerator in the room was really good. Cons: I checked in later than I anticipated. The guy that checked me in wasn’t welcoming. Also I did not read all the notes, and was surprised that I had to pay £100 which was held ‘in case.’ That £100 put me in financial difficulties. I have checked out 3 days now and that money is yet to be released. This has made me not want to stay at this hotel if I can avoid it.
