Pros: We arrived late at night and had a terrible experience with a staff member named TAMSIN. She spoke to us rudely and dismissively. When we asked for basic respect, she said, “No, I am the boss.” To make matters worse, the room we were given had no water in the bathroom. After we had already settled in, they asked us to change rooms and moved us 600 meters away, which caused unnecessary hassle. We were three friends with three rooms, paid full fare for just a few hours, ended up checking out at 8:30 am. This was unacceptable and very disappointing. Cons: We arrived late at night and had a
