A Tudor monument half an hour from the airport
Pros: What an honour to stay in this sixteenth century (or earlier) timberframed inn. Although it was remodelled in the late 19th century according to Historic England, the George - a beautiful three-story coach house has withstood the ravages of time. Cons: The building could do with a bit of love and the Italian pasta chain occupying the ground floor needs to be thrown out. But this is a historic monument that needs to be preserved!

Great location, comfortable and clean with very helpful and accommodating staff.
Pros: Comfortable beds, cotton sheets, nice bathroom, very nice helpful staff Cons: Double glazing due to outside noise, and being woke up by the noisy resident above me.

Pros: 1st
Pros: 1st. Member of Staff I spoke to - I informed her I was booking in & my name - she said I was not Booking in. Never heard of me. Cons: No decent Car Parking. Didn't know how to get to Dining Room for Breakfast next day. Missed it completely.
