Third time returning here. Would definitely come back for fourth.
Pros: The ambiance. An all in resort which is not too far from home and the busy city and yet, the environment and vibe there gives you a feel as though you've been transported somewhere peaceful.
Cons: The entertainment display board. There are many free activities for guests but there appears to be a miscommunication in management. Eg Bingo night was supposed to be at location A but then it took place at B. The origami for kids were supposed to be at xx am but when we got to the Kids Club, the schedule was meant to be for some other activity. It is a small issue which if management can iron

Pros: Good but not the reception services
Cons: Giving the dilapidated unit with sink, light and tv were not functioning. Even though receptionist was informed, no action were taken
