Pros: The Grand Coastal is in a good location, just outside the main city centre, making it convenient while avoiding some of the busier traffic. The facilities are reasonable, although parts of the property are currently undergoing construction, which can affect the overall experience. The food is acceptable with a decent selection, and while the staff can be helpful, the level of service can be inconsistent at times. It was great. We checked in a bit early. The room was very clean. Entire hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Only had a bit of issue with the TV amd cable. Me and my son enjoyed the pool. My husband enjoyed the Sunday's brunch.

Grand coastal is the worst .
Absolutely horrid and misleading. When we booked the deluxe queen room we were told there's a complimentary breakfast .however the following morning we were told that wasn't the case. The bathroom happens to be a bathtub ; a very tiny space where its either you let the shower curtain touch your skin or risk the entire bathroom being flooded. The bar was closed at 10 pm even though they are guests at the hotel..the place is atrocious. We even checked out before time because the vacation was completely ruined .
