Pros: staff, location, Cons: The shower in my hotel room didn’t seem to be working properly. Water was coming out of both the tub spout and the showerhead at the same time, and the water pressure from the showerhead was very low. It seemed like there may have been a clog or an issue with the diverter
Location at its best
Great location to river walk and the Alamo. Staff at the hotel are great and responsive for your needs. The room was very clean and comfortable. Check in and check out was very easy.
room was already so expensive ...I was disappointed that I was charged parking/incidentals
Pros: location Cons: high price to park daily charge of $30 incidentals fire alarm in the morning

The hotel was clean and overall fine. Some of the staff could be less rude, but that should not be held against them because overall they were nice.

Great room, experience, very clean and will definably stay at the hotel again in the future. It was an excellent experience; the staff were amazing and the service was impeccable
