Lovely hotel

Pros: The friendliness of staff. The location. Hotel clean and beds comfy. Just perfect. Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Nice place for a short visit to Liverpool

Pros: Room was good. Cons: Breakfast area was very cramped. Too small relative to the number of bedspaces. Food itself was just ok, stodgy enough. Staff were welcoming.

Rooms were very nice, carpets didn't look very good. Waiting for a room after a long train ride.

Pros: Breakfast was adequate. Only problem I found too many people in the restaurant area, not enough tables, and having to wait. Cons: More tables. And the furniture in the reception. Was old and worn. Didn't give a good impression. The reception staff was very good, especially the young man who was on duty Thursday afternoon. Very helpful.
