Good hotel
Pros: Location: it is right in the city center very close to everything especially the stadium where we attended a concert Room: clean, comfortable, and cozy Breakfast: variety, good taste and sufficient, several drinks, waffle machine Staff: very kind and respectful Cons: The pool was dirty unfortunately I paid a little more for this hotel compared to others in the same area because it had a pool but we couldn't enjoy it, I informed the manager who took action but we didn't have another time to go to the pool so we stayed with that tasteless experience

Pros: El desayuno estuvo bastante bien, el personal fue muy cordial, el estacionamiento con valet fue muy fácil, la distancia a pie al puerto fue una ventaja. Cons: Desearía que el inodoro fuera para discapacitados, fue difícil con mis problemas de espalda.

Pros: La habitación era cómoda Cons: La tarifa era alta considerando que el hotel no tenía un comedor o salón de cócteles y me cobraron 47.00 dólares por estacionar mi auto. Aunque ofrecían un desayuno gratis, el área de servicio estaba sucia, los utensilios no se limpiaban con frecuencia. Fui a la recepción a quejarme; ella fue inmediatamente y lo limpió. No tenían platos; se les dijo a las personas que usaran tazones. Nos fuimos y compramos el desayuno en otro lugar. No tenían agua, solo café y jugos.
