If you are asking in Millan it was wonderful but in the hostel I am very disappointed!
Pros: My stay at Hi! Ostello Milano left me with mixed feelings. The only truly positive aspect of Hi! Ostello Milano was the reception team. The staff were consistently kind, welcoming, and patient, creating a warm first impression that stood out from the rest of the experience. Their helpful attitude made check‑in smooth, and they were always ready to answer questions or assist when needed.
