Pros: La cama muy comoda Cons: El personal de recepción es amable sobre todo 2 chicos que me atendieron un venezolano y un mexicano por que una chica fue bastante descortés al yo pedirle que si podía hacer la habitacion ya que a mi 2dia no habían limpiado, tampoco el restaurante no tienen jugo natural de naranja y la sra argentina u uruguaya que me atendió me indico que en el hilton era imposible tener jugo de naranja fresco. Y me causa un poco de risa usualmente en Barcelona, en el gran Nilo del Cairo y en otros mas que siempre me quedo 3 o 4 veces al año que viajo nunca me había pasado algo

Overall very pleased on my first stay at a Hilton hotel.

Pros: The room - 601 - was well appointed - spacious and a great view. The bathroom was very comfortable - more than enough room. The breakfast buffet was spectacular and delicious - great coffee! The bed was super comfortable. Cons: The bed pillows were much too soft - no head support - they need to be newer and firmer. Also, the lighting in the room was very poor - not enough lighting at all at night by the beds - it can be a safety issue. The elevators are too slow and malfunctioned a lot.

Fantastic!

Pros: The Hilton is a fabulous, well kept hotel that really exceeded our expectations. Our room was upgraded and arranged wonderfully - running on the theme of love (we ended our honeymoon holiday here!). We were treated like royalty with bottles of Prosecco, strawberries, an array of chocolates, macaroons etc! Would highly recommend to anyone! A great pool also and hot tub outdoors! Cons: Nothing

Great experience

Pros: We were offered an updated room at the extra cost to fit our needs that changed at last minute and we were allowed to check in early when the rooms were ready and the beds were so comfy I fell right to sleep after a week long cruise. Cons: The cost of breakfast was too high for us to buy breakfast on site
