Pros: The staff were amazing, always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The service was fast and efficient, and the hotel was very clean. We also loved the beautiful view from our room. The buffet offered a great variety of fresh, high-quality food. We also really appreciated the thoughtful little attention for our celebration, which made our stay even more special. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh food, including dishes prepared on the spot. The staff was extremely friendly, polite, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The room was very comfortable and cleaned every day, with fresh towels, a spacious balcony, and a beautiful sea view. A special thank you for the lovely birthday surprise! A breakfast table was reserved and beautifully decorated for me, with champagne, coffee, and a small cake. Nászúton voltunk, amit jeleztem előre a hotelnek. Nagyon kedvesek voltak, kaptunk bekészített pezsgőt és csokiba mártott epreket, egy kis kedves üzenetet és a szobánk is tengerre nézett. Csodaszép a hotel, nagyon kedves a személyzet, és tiszta volt minden. A reggeli és a vacsora nagyon finom és választékos volt.
Very nice beach hotel
Pros: It was our second stay this year, we were overall very satisfied with the room, the cleanliness, the food, the pool and the beach. Beautiful sea view and great proximity to the beach. Cons: In the last hour of 18:30 - 21:30 half board dinner slot the staff was visibly less attentive, clearly focused on setting the tables for breakfast for the next day. We would expect exactly the same level of service and attention despite which time we choose to enter the dining room as long as we do not stay beyond 21:30. Vacant "good" tables not re-set for next dinner guests, staff slower to collect
