Great experience to stay over and over again.
Pros: Very clean and cozy. Amenities provided makes it like home. Prompt service to fix heat. Didn’t get picture of stove. Nice kitchen, laundry, bathroom, living room, and 2 bathrooms. Spotless. Cons: Cold 1st day.

Right in downtown Willoughby, close to everything. Great spot to stay.
Pros: We were between closings on our home sale and purchase with an uncertain schedule. Kevin was very accommodating and expressed a genuine desire to help us, and did just that. Cons: All OK
