Lovely staff
Stopped over for one night en route from Liverpool to Norwich. Modern and clean hotel with very friendly staff. We had ground floor room which was in good condition. Swimming pool clean with warm water. Restaurant food good with free food for kids. The set menu was great value and includes a pint ! Unfortunately the people in the room above were like a herd of elephants until 1am.

Cons: Facilities are showing age. Initially had a room with an older tv and could not be programmed to accept fire stick, but this was quickly remedied once the full booking was behind them. A refresh could be advantageous.
