Cons: I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding our recent stay at your hotel, in room [Your room number]. Unfortunately, we could not sleep at all due to the loud noise coming from the air conditioning units located just outside our window. Prior to our overnight stay, we noticed the equipment and raised this concern with a member of your front desk team. We were assured that the units would not cause any disturbance, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The noise persisted throughout the night, making it impossible to rest.
