Great staff, updated and clean rooms, delicious breakfast of champions!
Pros: The staff was top-notch. Very courteous and friendly. Having been stranded at LGA due to weather, it was much appreciated. The room was fabulous and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. Great job! Cons: No complaints.
Pros: The staff was welcoming and the room was outstanding. Cons: When we booked the room, we checked the website and call the hotel to verify there was a shuttle to and from for the airport

When we arrived at the airport , we learned there was no shuttle to pick us up or return us to the airport. Once we arrived at the hotel , we were told the shuttle service had been closed at the end of June
Clean and comfortable stay with kind staff but over priced
Pros: Clean and great staff! Cons: The price was too crazy! We had to book a night because our flight was cancelled out of LGA and one night one room 4 people was $650!!! I don’t know if it was because of World Cup but we were in Queens, not Manhattan, and that price seems extreme😳

Pros: Honestly, I did not know what to expect since the hotel is located in a less crowded area of Queens for people who are only going to spend a few days in New York, but everything seemed very clean, tidy, and the girls' service during breakfast was excellent. The fitness room was sufficient to stay fit, and there were enough spaces to be outside the room if one wanted. All good. Cons: I think the price was a bit high, since in Europe you can get rooms like this at a more comfortable price, and I found it very bad that they charge for parking in the hotel's basement.
