This is a very good holiday inn
This is a very good holiday inn. The desk agent at check in was very pleasant and efficient but she put us on the 4:00:shuttle instead of the three thirty am shuttle as we requested. Luckily we came down early and the night clerk was able to contact the driver to pick us up.

We enjoyed our stay
Pros: The room was clean. Staff were very professional and knowledgeable. Cons: More towels for the pool.

Enjoyable for the family, close the airport and pleasant service!
Pros: We were double charged by mistake (booking.com and the hotel) and the manager processed the refund promptly. The breakfast was one of the best that I have had having traveled both within and outside of the US. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The attendants were pleasant and helpful. The location was excellent and close to the airport (which was helpful as our flights got cancelled two days in a row). There was also a nature trail next to the hotel where we took our kids walking.
