Pros: The swimming pool and gym.. The staff is helpful and you can tell that they’re doing their best to work with what they have. Cons: The building is old, the air conditioning was not working. It is a pain to have to pass by the reception before you exit the hotel with your card only to have them activate your card so you can exit the parking. Starbucks in the hotel is almost useless (they only have about 3-4 items to eat..) very poor selection! The surroundings of the property / location not so great..

Terrible management, zero privacy and degrading treatment to the guest
Pros: The gym is very well equipped, undoubtedly it is the best thing the hotel has. Cons: We stayed a total of 10 days for business reasons in CDMX and the experience was a real nightmare due to the alarming lack of professionalism, respect, and privacy from the staff. Total invasion of privacy: The smoke detector went off and an employee came up to check just as I had finished showering, literally in a towel. I told him he could check, and the man, with an absolute lack of tact, entered the room without caring about my situation. Absurd interruptions: In the morning they wake you up by knock
