The staff were really friendly and great to deal with. They even gave me secure parking for my motorbike. The location is terrific and it was great value.

Pros: - Cons: The hotel staff (in this case, Russian-speaking female staff members) allow themselves to address guests in an overly familiar and rude manner regardless of the situation - I find this level of communication unacceptable. Air conditioning requires an additional fee - in the middle of summer, which was surprising. We have stayed in many hotels around the world, and this is the first one we have visited that we would never choose to return to.
