Pros: Location was great, staff were friendly, room was huge, clean and accessible. Cons: Digital key cards didn’t work effectively but staff were helpful in immediately sorting us physical cards.

Poor communication about events

Pros: Everything was fine in principle until…… Cons: But still I give it a 1. Last Saturday night there was a party in the courtyard until after midnight and you were driven out of bed. Nowhere was there a warning that there was a party and rebooking elsewhere was not allowed. There was no other room. After a 10-hour journey and being awake since 2:00 that day, participating in the party was also not an option. They indicated that it was in the fine print. Fortunately, my daughter was not with me. I will never go there again!
