Rustige omgeving en toch heel snel in het centrum van het mooie Bilbao
Pros: De hele vriendelijke behulpzame man waar we steeds konden op rekenen. Er was hem werkelijk niets teveel. Hij gaf ook veel nuttige info over de omgeving Cons: De lange wachttijd om met de kabelbaan weer terug te komen. maar daar kan het hotel weinig aan doen

Pros: Très bon accueil, merci beaucoup au jeune homme qui vous explique tout, dommage qu'il n’y est pas de vrai petit déjeuner, en tout cas vue splendide sur la ville! Cons: Pas de service de petit dé

Cons: We had little bad luck since our room was in former basement and we could smell a little odour there when the window was closed. Except this everything was perfect.

Pros: L'accoglienza ed il supporto di chi gestisce
Pros: L'accoglienza ed il supporto di chi gestisce. La pulizia, la camera, la comodità del letto, la vista, la posizione silenzio e pace a soli 20 minuti di bus che parte davanti all'hotel. Alternativa della funicular da turista da fare una volta ma non comoda come il bus. Aria condizionata e tutto pulito. Cons: Solo una cosa, il profumo nel corridoio troppo forte.
