Trip to Calgary.
Pros: Room with two beds is spacious, comfortable beds, large TV. Good towels and bed linen. Cons: The hotel is far from the center, you need to take a taxi or a car to get there. Did not expect it to be so far.

I would strongly recommend the management to read this book: Unreasonable Hospitality by Will Guidara.
Pros: At least it had a bed and a shower. Cons: It was our 10th wedding anniversary and coincidentally, my wife mentioned it at the front desk but we did not receive any customer experience from the hotel team or management. Additionally, we paid about $300 for a one-night stay and were informed that our room did not qualify for breakfast. I have been a marketing manager for a hospitality group and I know this hotel should do better. I would not recommend it to anyone due to poor customer experience and lack of attentiveness. Lastly, for some reason, our room was a double bed room, and they di
