Room didn’t have a lock, carpets were disgustingly dirty, lift was broken, bed was half comfortable and kept separating in the middle

staff were nice, but there was no lift to the 3rd floor going up very steep steps not fun with bags - staff offered to help, but def not good.

I had many apprehensions booking this hotel due to the reviews. The hotel is located in a great area close to the museum district and the city center. The park across the street is scenic too and I liked chilling there before I went back to the hotel to sleep. I was in a single unit on the second floor facing the courtyard. I had no noise issues from this unit. My unit was recently renovated it seemed and was very clean. The mattress had discoloration but it wasn’t terrible. The inside is old and the carpet is stained and unsightly. The hotel would be smart to get rid of the carpet and install
