Pros: Location Cons: During renovation, construction starts at 7:30 and it's noisy, impossible to sleep. We were given a completely renovated room because ours wasn't ready. They forgot to clean properly and there were construction residues everywhere. Breakfast was okay, nothing special.
Great for a value stay in Boston!
Pros: Breakfast was pretty standard, but the area was clean, which was great given the number of people. The room was clean, and the AC worked almost too well. The staff allowed us to do a late checkout without any questions, which was amazing. Cons: Outdated furniture. The chair in our room has seen better days. I was genuinely scared to put anything on it. Also, there was a dead beetle in the bathroom.

A very tired hotel
Pros: The breakfast was good. The location was excellent for the T station to Boston College. Cons: The room was not clean, the bed was atrociously soft and caused rolling together. The noise from the room above kept us awake, the decor was tired, including holes in the curtains.
