Great pool great location horrible staff horrible service.
Pros: Pool for the kids and location
Cons: Reception staff are not nice at all. I asked to speak to manager they told me we don’t know when he will come they still owe me 28 euros which I don’t even want from them anymore . They clean every 2 days it’s fine but you have to chase them down for fresh towels. Almost all sheets were stained. They never gave us shampoo they never replaced the bar of soap for the bathroom. The fridge died on me I told them about it the lady accused me of overloading it ! I cannot believe I spent 3000 Canadian dollars on this place.

Piscina caldissima!
Pros: Vicinanza al mare.
Cons: Assenza di una fontana per pulire almeno i piedi dalla sabbia prima di entrare nella struttura.
La piscina era letteralmente bollente, con acqua che sembrava in continuo ricircolo. Con il caldo torrido all'esterno, era orribile entrare in piscina e trovare acqua caldissima.
La cassaforte della stanza era a pagamento!! Mai successo!

Bella struttura, curata, in una bella posizione e con personale accogliente. Ma occhio a non lasciare oggetti incustodit
Pros: Le camere sono molto curate e ben organizzate, pulite, il personale è cordiale e con qualche minuto di camminata si raggiungo sia le due bellissime calette vicine che i ristoranti, anche se la zona più “viva” è ad almeno 10 min a piedi.
Cons: Ci è stata rubata la borsa dei giochi dei bambini, che avevamo lasciato incustodita per un’ora fuori dalla porta. È stato veramente spiacevole non vedersela restituire neanche dopo diversi giorni, anche a causa di un sistema di video sorveglianza poco efficace (solo l’ingresso ha delle telecamere).

Pros: Het personeel is super vriendelijk, ook het animatieteam doet leuke dingen met de kinderen. Het zwembad is netjes en schoon. Niet super veel chloor. Er worden wel bedjes bij het zwembad gereserveerd in de ochtend, maar de badmeester let soms op en legt dan kaartjes neer. Indien je niet terug bent binnen een half uur, haalt ze je handdoek weg.
De kamer zijn verzorgd en de balkons zijn allemaal lekker ruim. Schoonmaak is prima, ook het ontbijt. Van typisch Engels, tot verschillende vleeswaren, kaasjes, zoete broodjes, yoghurt, fruit, verse jus, vers gemaakte ommelet. De kaart voor lunc
