Pros: Staff muito atencioso e simpatico, animação e pescina de crianças Cons: Limpeza, toalhas pareciam encardidas, e tinham um cheiro mau, horario do PA deveria ser pelo menos até as 11:30 para quem tem tudo incluido, velocidade do WIFi era pessima, captive portal longo e já não se usa pedir tantos detalhes, e não consegui fazer VPN para a minha empresa. Foi a minha segunda vez e ninguem sabia que já lá tinha estado.Deveriam ter mais cuidado com a higiene dos copos nos bares, snack bar de comidas linge do de bebidas. Limpeza das espreguiçadeiras! Agua na torneira era salgada, não conseguia b

Pros: La ubicación y la cercanía a la cala. Cons: Es un hotel 100% para extranjeros, el personal de animación no todo hablaba en español ( estando aquí debería ser obligatorio ) , la comida era pésima

Cons: Es un hotel 100% para extranjeros, el personal de animación no todo hablaba en español ( estando aquí debería ser obligatorio ) , la comida era pésima quitando un par de días que se pudo comer algo medio normal ... Siempre había Nuggets , patatas , palitos rebozados... Fritos varios., hamburguesas, perritos calientes y un sin fin de comida basura . La zona de las ensaladas siempre estaban calientes , los platos en los que te tenías que servir hirviendo, los postres el arroz con leche , alguna fruta y una tarta de manzana era lo que se podía com

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Club Es Talaial. The hotel had a lovely relaxed family atmosphere, with great facilities and plenty to keep the children entertained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we loved how convenient the location was, with shops, restaurants and beaches all within easy walking distance. The best beach, in our opinion, was actually the one closest to the hotel! Overall, it was a lovely family holiday and we would happily return. Cons: The main things we didn’t like were the ants in our ground-floor apartment, which was quite annoying. We felt the rooms c
