am writing to formally raise my concerns regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below the standard I expected, and I feel compelled to request either another stay or a refund.
The issues began when the blind pull cord in my room broke. The response time to fix this was slow, and what should have been a quick resolution turned into a major disruption. Initially, I was told I would be moved to another room, so we packed up our belongings. However, instead of being moved, staff entered the room with ladders to attempt repairs.
