Hotel Not Operating- do not book

Pros: No longer a hotel Cons: We arrived to find hotel was closed for business! Told Booking.com was contacting everyone with reservations and organising refund - this has not happened! Attempted messaging Booking.com with ZERO response Do not book this hotel

Hotel closed - with no explanation!

Cons: I told the hotel my planned arrival time days ahead of arrival. When I arrived, the entire place was locked up, no one there to meet me, and their phone number didn’t even work! After waiting 30+ minutes I had to leave to find an another place to stay. Still no response or explanation, 2 days later!

Will be getting my money back .

Pros: It was closed side couldn’t stay there .. phone disconnected . 863 $ paid before arrival . Cons: There was no one there . $864 wasted. Had to find new accommodation.
