Improvable.
Pros: The proximity to the basilica. The friendliness of the staff. The pans were unusable, I bought one and they refunded me the amount. I asked for a foldable clothesline and they provided it to me. Cons: The upholstered chair was stained. It's like a basement and in the bathroom you can see the ceiling pipe and it smells a bit damp. The shower has a fixed shower head and you have to wear a cap if you don't want to get your head wet. The chairs are plastic, not comfortable at all. It doesn't have a balcony, even though booking says it does. There is no ventilation other than a window that op
