Nice service and friendly people, but a really bad experience with noise waking us up both days at 6:20 - the noise sounded like banging from the pipes in the building

Nice service and friendly people, but a really bad experience with noise waking us up both days at 6:20 - the noise sounded like banging from the pipes in the building. We got a new room where the problem was the same. Got a free drink, otherwise no compensation. I hope it's just initial difficulties for an otherwise nice hotel.
