Terrible housekeeping and poor lost-and-found service; highly disappointing.
Cons: I stayed here for 9 days, with a room rate of over $300 per night. Upon checking out, I accidentally left a bag in the room containing some clothing and important items. When I contacted the hotel, I was told nothing was found, and it is highly likely that housekeeping simply threw it away as trash. For a mid-to-high-end hotel, it is extremely disappointing: the housekeeping staff failed to carefully check for left-behind belongings, handled things carelessly, and showed a total lack of initiative to contact a long-term guest.

The front desk staff is very helpful
The front desk staff is very helpful. Our kid was so exhausted after a long drive. They allow us early check-in. We are so grateful for that. Getting our room early was a big help indeed.

Great Flushing location with tons of dining options nearby but not truly boutique class with details
Our family of four stayed for two nights in mid July. We chose this hotel primarily for its excellent downtown Flushing location, which put us within easy walking distance of many authentic Chinese restaurants. While Hotel Indigo is marketed as a boutique tier property with unique design elements, in reality it feels more like a standard, newer mid-tier IHG hotel with limited features.
