Terrible experience do not book here.. our flight got delayed so we arrived later than we had hoped. We tried to contact the hotel to let them know we would be late for check-in, and nobody responded. We arrived and rang the doorbell for 30 minutes with no answer, even with calling and messaging the hotel. We had to book another accomodation for the night. We then came back the next day to check in for our second night, and the hours for reception advertised as 9am-10pm. We arrived at 11am, and again rang the doorbell for 20 minutes, called and messaged with no response. We returned for the 3r

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE – AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I stayed ONE NIGHT at Hotel Kap and it was a NIGHTMARE from start to finish. They gave me a key card FOR THE WRONG ROOM. Yes, you read that right. I was locked out ALL NIGHT. I spent hours outside the hotel, calling and calling — but guess what? There is NO RECEPTION at night and NO ONE picks up the phone. I even had OTHER TENANTS call on my behalf and they ignored EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US. This is not just bad service. This is a COMPLETE DISGRACE. When I finally managed to get someone the next day and asked for a basic compensation, they
