This was our first trip to Italy, and we are from Germany. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the cleanliness was excellent, and the service was great. A special thank you to Sara, who helped us a lot and was incredibly kind. We arrived late for breakfast, but the staff still kindly prepared breakfast for us. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back with our family. Thank you for making our first experience in Italy so special! ❤️🇮🇹
