Disappointing value for money
I was immediately disappointed by the appearance of the hotel and the room. Only the modern bathroom met my expectations. Everything else is very outdated. I don't understand the 3 stars. The mattress, however, is very comfortable. I did appreciate the friendliness of the staff.
Horrible
Room under the roof with a small window (broken), hitting our heads every 5 minutes, stuffy, no air conditioning, small TV too low to watch from the bed, 89 € way too expensive!!! Only the renovated bathroom was good.
Appalling room
It's good to rent a hotel room through your website, but when we see rooms that look like a closet where you can't even stand up straight, or a person of 1m65 has to stoop or the ceiling height is not respected, I request a refund for this room through your site, and I don't think I will repeat the experience by using hotel.com
