Pros: Convenience is the bar/restaurant of the resort with the possibility of half board included, simple but good food and tables overlooking the pool
Pros: Convenience is the bar/restaurant of the resort with the possibility of half board included, simple but good food and tables overlooking the pool. Nice bar staff, they also had difficulty with English, but they made an effort, between Spanish and English we understood each other. Convenient area to easily reach both the bird park and the waterfalls with an Uber. Being on our honeymoon, upon arrival they had towels shaped like turtles, we appreciated it.
Cons: We were welcomed by two receptionists who spoke English, one of them carried our luggage to the room. Unfortunately, in the follow

Pros: Coffee was okay, and that's it.
Cons: It's only about the price, zero quality, dirt in the rooms, very strong musty smell, rotten furniture, uncomfortable bed, bad pillows, clogged shower, clogged toilet. In short, if you are looking for a quality stay, keep looking. It's not worth the price or the discomfort of sleeping in a moldy room.
