Heel het en fijn hotel met fantastische bedden!
Pros: Echt een heel mooi hotel. Mooie ruime kamers en keurig netjes en hygiënisch Cons: Personeel was wat chagrijnig en inchecken duurde heel lang.

A little disappointed
Lovely room and bed which was very comfortable and clean. The 23€ for parking is a little expensive with most hotels wherever you go charging 10-15 per night/day for parking. We were quoted 15€ per person to use the spa so went for a look. We had stayed here previously and were not charged to use the pool etc and at that time (possibly 5 or 6 years ago) we thought it was a little rundown and slightly dirty. This time it is pretty much completely run down and dirty. The same wooden floors are not even a 3 star standard never mind 5 star. The rim of the pool needs scrubbing and bleaching. Over

Pros: La ubicación muy buena, acceso al tranvia y varias líneas de Buses Cons: Oferta engañosa presenta las Fotos principal a la piscina y luego en recepción aclaran que para reservaciones de Bocking no es válido el servicio sino va acompañado del spass. Deberían no presentar está Foto sino está dentro la oferta que ofrecen.
