Pros: Location was good Cons: It was advertised as a room with a private bathroom but this is not true. The room comes with a shared bathroom for a number of rooms. I booked it for my daughter who was traveling alone and would not have paid £124 for a room with a shared bathroom. The description on Booking is not accurate and is very misleading. I contacted Patricia and she said she was too busy to deal with my concerns and that my daughter could leave! She was dismissive and rude - I was shocked that she was content to put my daughter out on the street. She also said she had another booking a
