For all that I mentioned, it was not good at all!!!
Pros: I traveled with my son and grandson and booked a suite with 2 bedrooms. The space is ample but it is run down and the carpets are a big issue. The air conditioning started leaking water under the carpet and I appreciate the maintenance manager's attitude in fixing it and using machines to dry it after a couple of days. Cons: As I mentioned, it requires investment to change the carpets as we had a serious incident due to the room having bed bugs that bit my grandson and me, causing significant rashes that are still not healed. Although they changed our room, it was already too late.
