Great wheelchair accessible option!

Pros: Very good wheelchair access, including in the bathroom. I chose the shower option and it was perfect for anyone needing to walk/roll in with no lip etc. 4 lifts meaning I never had to wait for long! Very friendly staff, I felt confident that they could either answer any questions I had, or point me towards someone that could Reception staff didn't aggressively upsell breakfast to me, which was a relief as that's something I hate! Whole place is very clean, and smells fresh without relying on heavy scents. Location is also very very good, with great transport links. Big TV! Not somethin
