Great value!
We had a great stay! The location is within walking distance to two metro stations, it was a quiet hotel and the free breakfast was decent. The room was clean and hotel staff were friendly and responded to our needs quickly.
Great family hotel
Great location to all the major sites in DC! Loved the walkability of the location. Breakfast was a huge perk and yummy, very helpful to eat at the hotel before heading out for the day. Our family of 6 had connecting rooms and were very pleased with the accommodations. Definitely recommend Hyatt Place National Mall to anyone who wants the perfect location for their DC vacation.
Central location
Hotel within a 10-minute walk to DC Wharf, offering plenty of dining options, and also less than 10 minutes on foot to the National Mall. It was quite expensive for a family of four, at just under $400 AUD per night. As were the other options near the Mall. However, breakfast was included, which was a convenient way to start each day. The hotel was clean, with daily housekeeping, and overall it was a pleasant stay.
Overall great stay and great location!
I came in late after a delayed flight and the evening supervisor provided me a nice room and answered all of my questions and requests kindly and thoroughly.
