Nice Stay!
Hyatt Regency is a great hotel with professional staff! We will definitely be back! Don't sleep on the breakfast buffet downstairs. Great value for your money.

Not pleased at all with my stay! The only good thing about it was The Stonebriar Mall!
Pros: We booked a suite. It wasn’t worth the price. No bathtub, no microwave, ice only available on the fourth floor. Was not worth my $700+ Cons: Sold as a two-bedroom Suite. Both king bed and sofa bed were very uncomfortable. I’ll never book this hotel again!

Perfect stay every time!
Love this hotel! Love the atmosphere, the value, the customer service, and the cleanliness and condition of my room. It has every amenity I need and its location is super convenient to everything I need to get to around the Frisco/Plano area. Couldn’t be more impressed!
