An extremely welcoming and sophisticated spot in the Rosebank area. The staff was very cheerful and attentive to my concerns about safety and well-being. Excellent restaurant in the lobby; very good breakfast.

Pros: Nicely furnished and laid out. Smells nice as soon as you get in. Great vibe and friendly/helpful staff. Great restaurants, bars, and a coffee shop, and centrally located within the Rosebank precinct. Quiet air conditioner. Cons: The room was next to the service lift. It made noise nonstop from early morning/dawn, and the water pipes (I assume) too. constantly made noise for almost the entire night. Very noisy and uncomfortable, and had to be awake early. Spoiled the whole experience.

After a long day of flights and transfers, we arrived at the Hyde Rosebank Hotel only to discover that we had made an error with our booking. We were understandably tired, upset and frustrated. Thankfully, Relo went above and beyond to assist us. Although the mistake was entirely ours, he quickly arranged a new room, upgraded us, and even provided a 10% discount voucher for dinner. His professionalism, kindness and genuine care completely turned our experience around, and we can’t thank him enough.
