Good value overall for a one night stay
Pros: Great location for O2 academy. Nice communal areas. Rooms are good value for money. Cons: The carpet in the room was quite stained even though the room was clean overall.

I don’t think I will be going back there.
Pros: The Location was good. Cons: I paid for parking for 2 days only to be told it was not guaranteed after I paid. Terrible.

Good place to stay for short visit to Leicester.
Pros: Close to the railway station and on the edge of the city so a good location for travellers (although see comment below). The room was comfortable and nicely appointed. Staff were friendly. We arrived fairly late and so ate in the restaurant (we usually avoid hotel restaurants), and the food was OK. Cons: The hotel is adjacent to the Leicester inner ring road (which is three lanes in each direction). We prefer to sleep with our window open, but this meant that the room was quite noisy (there is a surprising amount of traffic during the night).
