OK hotel, but no English and >20min from airport
WARNING: The staff at this hotel do not speak any English. If you book with them, it is unlikely that they will be able to help you with things like a hotel transfer from the airport. We tried contacting this hotel several times before our trip, including soliciting help from Hotels.com, and nobody spoke English or was able to help, no matter who called. Even once we got to the hotel we had to use Google translate to communicate with the staff to check in and check out. The staff also failed to book a taxi for us on the morning we were checking out, despite them writing down the time we needed

The air-con is noisy and the hotel take in too many China tourists making so much noise every way and hotel dare not let us take the breakfast with the tourist, ended we are eating same old set manual
The air-con is noisy and the hotel take in too many China tourists making so much noise every way and hotel dare not let us take the breakfast with the tourist, ended we are eating same old set manual every morning. The hotel staffs can't speak English and they can't even give clear direction to the Taxi driver and ended all Taxi go through the long way to reach hotel, and in fact there was short-cut from highway be it from airport or from city. Over price for this hotel.
