Stay was great. It is important to book in the terminal where you are departing. This is not explained clearly.

Convenient, clean and tidy
Accommodation suggestion: Stay where you are flying from during transit. I was flying from T2 but accidentally booked T1, without a Korean visa, I couldn't go to T1... If you have a visa, you can stay anywhere; fortunately, the hotel and booking were efficient, after some twists and turns, it was finally resolved, very grateful 🙏

I’d stay again
Pros: Location is awesome and not hard to find. Cons: Not much food options nearby. A hot pot or coffee pot in the room would be nice.

Staff were very helpful and the facilities were good.
Pros: It was a convenient place for an overnight stay when I was taking an early flight the next morning. Cons: No complaints.
