This place is just amazing, a real hidden gem tucked away in the heart of San Antonio. It’s right on the riverwalk but a quieter end closer to residential areas. It’s a quick walk to get to the more commercial area of the riverwalk and The Alamo. Free parking and fresh made breakfast is included and was a huge bonus especially since you can park and pretty much walk anywhere you want to go. Beautiful Victorian on the Riverwalk

My mom and I had a great stay at the Inn on the Riverwalk. The staff were accommodating, helpful, and very friendly. Margaret went out of her way to make us feel at home, made a delicious breakfast and coffee. We arrived late at night but the check in was easy; a code worked on the front door as well as the room and the parking flyer was waiting for us in the room, so we didn’t have to disturb anyone or take time to check in/get a parking pass. Great spot for busy holiday weekends!

Great quiet location just a short walk down the riverwalk to all the main sites and great spot to rest away from the crowd on busier holiday weekends like 4th of July! Bed was super comfy, soft cozy sheets that made the nights super cozy! Plus sweet staff and great breakfast before you hit the sites.

Don't book through Expedia or expect any quick response.

Booked through Expedia for end of October. Just found out that the event was moved to Oregon (don't ask). I called to cancel my reservation and was told someone would get back to me. They never did. I emailed them and so did Expedia and no response. I finally got a hold of someone and was told that because I went through Expedia, my money was non-refundable. I can understand a penalty if it was right at the time of the reservation but not with three months advance notice. They are absolutely awful at communicating and will not even discuss an issue you may have.

A peaceful experience

Sorry late response. Stayed here again and had a great experience. The room was cozy, fresh and clean with a nice view of the river. Breakfast was a lovely treat. Margaret and Roland's warm smiles and hospitality make it all the better. I'm looking forward to going again for some peace/me time. -Dora
