Quiet adult only space to relax
Pros: Very quiet and clean hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Location excellent for beach right across road and short 15mins walk to restaurants. Staff at reception and cleaning friendly. Cons: Spaces at pool filled up quickly if not there early. Staff in bar area were not friendly and extremely slow service even when standing at the bar.
Prime location, spacious rooms, and good food!
Pros: We couldn’t fault this accommodation. The location is amazing with Cala Esmeralda and the Sa Cala Beach Club directly across the road. The buffet breakfast and dinner were both delicious each day. Staff were really nice and we appreciated the complimentary glass of champagne on arrival. Easy street parking too! Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The only thing that I liked in this hotel was the fact that it was beachfront. Also the spa was nice and renovated Cons: First of all, we booked a sea-view room and paid a significant extra amount for it. However, the room we were given was on the second floor and overlooked mostly the parking area, with trees and bushes blocking the view. There was only a very narrow glimpse of the sea. It is misleading to call this a “sea-view” room. We complained at the reception, but we were told that the hotel was fully booked and that we would have to wait for another room to become available duri
