Perfect
Outstanding! We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect: the hotel is spotless, very well located, and the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and highly professional. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the team surprised us by beautifully decorating our room with thoughtful and special attention. A matter of taste - it didn't hit the spot for us
Pros: Good location. Cons: A bit dated. Air conditioning very loud. Design is so-so. The atmosphere at breakfast is more like an Aida cruise. The rooftop pool was extremely crowded. It was okay, but wouldn't need to do it again.

Comfortable, welcoming
Rooftop pool was a great bonus especially after a long flight or busy day. Morning breakfast buffet was plentiful, hot and extensive. The staff was welcoming and went out of their way to help with transportation, recommendations, etc. Our room was amazing! Lots of windows, coffee pot, refrigerator, and the bed was super comfy. The location was perfect for us to go downtown Lisbon for excitement and loads of restaurants, people watching, and pastries. The hotel was close to the train station and getting an Uber or taxi was easy. Lots to see within walking distance.

Top central hotel
Pros: It was cleaned well, friendly reception staff and clean at the pool. Convenient service with pool towels. Super close to the metro, really great for a city trip. Cons: Personally, I found the bed a bit too hard, but that's a personal preference.
