Pros: The hotel itself is truly one of the best on the Cancun coast. Excellent beach, very strong service, beautiful and well-maintained property, good rooms, quality atmosphere without unnecessary fuss. The location is excellent, the grounds and common areas look at the level you expect from JW Marriott. Overall, in terms of quality of stay, comfort, and overall experience, this is one of the best hotels on this part of the coast. Cons: Extremely unpleasant experience upon checking out of the hotel. Pros: Of all the hotels I have ever been to, this hotel has had the best service ever. The staff are absolutely fantastic, so attentive, friendly, the restaurants here even for hotel restaurants are FANTASTIC. The breakfast in particular and the lunch out by the pool. Even the swimming pools here are open all throughout the night which is normally rare, but the hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous.
